Cum cumpar?
Puteti adauga la cos produsele dorite, apasand butonul "Cumpara".
Daca doriti sa adaugati mai multe produse in cos, va puteti intoarce oricand la celelalte produse. Cosul de cumparaturi pastreaza produsele aduagate.
Daca doriti sa stergeti produsele din cos, apasati butonul "Goleste cos".
Daca doriti sa finalizati comanda, apasati butonul "Finalizeaza comanda". Apoi, va trebui sa completati un formular cu datele dumneavoastra. Campurile marcate cu (*) sunt obligatorii. Dupa trimiterea comenzii veti primi un e-mail de confirmare.
How do I buy?
You can add to cart the product you want by pressing "Buy"
If you want to add more products to your cart, you can always return to the other products. The shopping cart keeps the products you add.
If you want to delete the products you have in the cart, press "Empty cart"
If you want to finalize your order, press "Finalize order". After that, you will need to fill a form with your personal details. All fields marked with (*) are mandatory. After you send your order, you'll receive an confirmation e-mail.
Cum se face plata?
Plata se face ramburs, in momentul ridicarii coletului de la oficiul postal.
How do I pay?
You pay the moment you pick up your package from the Postal Office.
Cum se face transportul?
Transportul coletului se face prin Posta Romana.
Livrarile se fac de doua ori pe saptamana: martea si joia
Comenzile efectuate in zilele de joi, vineri, sambata, duminica - vor fi expediate marti
Comenzile efectuate in zilele de luni, marti, miercuri, - vor fi expediate joi
Coletul ajunge in 3-7 zile de la expediere.
Pentru cei din Bucuresti, care NU doresc sa primeasca coletul prin Posta Romana, Noko se intalneste personal cu cumparatorii, de doua ori pe saptamana, martea si joia, la ora 19:00, in club Control (str. Academiei nr.19; pasajul Victoria). Plata se face atunci.
Shipping method
The shipping is made through the Romanian Postal Service.
Noko delivers twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday
Orders made on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - will be delivered on Tuesday
Orders made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - will be delivered on Thursday
It takes between 3-7 days for the package to reach its destination.
For the people in Bucharest, that do NOT want to receive the package through The Romanian Postal Service, Noko meets the clients personally, twice a week, on Tuesday and Wednesday, at 7 PM, in Control Club (19 Academiei Street, Victoria passage). The payment is done there.
Cat costa transportul?
Transportul costa 10 lei pentru comenzile din Romania.
Pentru comenzile internationale, transportul se calculeaza in functie de destinatie si este comunicat clientului pe mail.
How much is the shipping?
The shipping costs 10 lei for Romania.
For international orders, the shipping is calculated accordingly to the destination and it will be announced over the e-mail.
Produsele se pot schimba sau returna?
Daca masura produsului pe care l-ati comandat nu vi se potriveste puteti schimba produsul cu unul corespunzator.
Conditii de schimbare a produselor:
1. Sa nu purtati sau sa deteriorati produsul
2. Sa ne contactati in maxim 3 zile de la primirea coletului
3. Dupa ce primim coletul si constatam ca indeplineste conditiile de mai sus, va vom expedia produsul dorit, daca exista pe stoc. Daca nu exista pe stoc, va vom comunica pe mail, in cat timp il veti primi.
4. Plata transportului celor doua colete se va face de catre dumneavoastra. Nu vom accepta pentru returnare/schimbare colete ramburs.
Daca nu mai doriti un articol, indiferent de motivele invocate, il puteti returna, doar schimbandu-l cu un alt produs sau mai multe produse cu aceeasi valoare, cu urmatoarele conditii:
1. Sa nu il purtati sau deteriorati.
2. Sa ne contactati in maxim 3 zile de la primirea coletului
3. Dupa ce primim coletul si constatam ca indeplineste conditiile de mai sus, va vom expedia produsul dorit, daca exista pe stoc. Daca nu exista pe stoc, va vom comunica pe mail, in cat timp il veti primi.
4. Plata transportului celor doua colete se va face de catre dumneavoastra. Nu vom accepta pentru returnare/schimbare colete ramburs.
Pentru oricare dintre variantele de mai sus, clientul este responsabil pentru deteriorarea sau pierderea produsului in urma transportului de schimb sau returnare.
Can I change/return a product?
If the size of the product you ordered doesn't fit you, you can change the product with one that has the right size.
Terms of replacing a product:
1. That you don't wear or deteriorate the product
2. That you contact us within 3 days from the moment you receive the package
3. After we receive the product and see that it meets the conditions above, we will send you the product you want, if the product is on stock.If the product is not on stock, we will let you know by e-mail when the product will be available.
4. The shipping cost (for both packages) will be supported by you.We will not pay the shipping for any package that comes back to us.
If you don't want a product anymore, no matter the reasons, you can send it back only by replacing it with other product(s) with the same value. Terms of replacing a product:
